About Me

I am a Colorado native and although my undergraduate degree in Psychology took me to Northern California for four years, I always knew I would return home to Colorado for my graduate studies. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2015, where I chose a concentration in Family Systems due to my love of working with adults, teens, seniors, and families. After gaining extensive experience as a mental health clinician in group practice, I am thrilled to bring this knowledge to private practice in Colorado and Florida. When I am not in the office, I enjoy many types of outdoor adventures, cooking, and spending time with my family.
