About Me

I am a Colorado native and I am passionate about psychology and serving those in my community. As someone who has experienced her own share of hardship, I am particularly empathetic and driven to support those facing difficulties within their life. I consider this an honor and a privilege. Although my initial study of Psychology took me to Northern California, I always knew I would return  to Colorado for my graduate studies. I received my Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver in 2015, where I chose a concentration in Family Systems due to my love of working with adults, teens, seniors, and families. After gaining extensive experience as a Denver based mental health clinician in group practice, I am thrilled to now run my own  private practice in the Roaring Fork Valley. When I am not in the office, I enjoy many types of outdoor adventures, volunteering, tennis, and cooking for friends and family.
